Established in 2004 by Dr Jane Speight, AHP Research Ltd is a team of experienced health
psychologists and outcomes researchers applying psychological principles to the improvement and
evaluation of health and healthcare.
We offer consultancy, training and research services to the public and private healthcare sector.
Our expertise in health psychology enables us to take a fresh perspective on the delivery, experience and outcomes of healthcare. We specialise in:
- assessing the impact of chronic illness and its treatment on psychological outcomes (e.g. quality of life, well-being, satisfaction)
- consulting on the development of new treatments / interventions with the aim of reducing the burden of chronic illness and its treatment and increasing patient satisfaction
- evaluating new treatments / technologies in terms of patient reported outcomes (PRO's)
